  • Windows and doors must be stored carefully with a cover, in a dry environment to avoid dust or weather damages.
  • Prevent knocking or hitting the frame and glass, as damages caused are not covered by warranty.
  • Windows and doors must be kept in a vertical position with the sill at the bottom during handling and transportation. It is important to ensure window sashes are closed and locked.

  • Check the diagonal dimensions of the frame and opening before installation.
  • Check there is sufficient clearance around the perimeter of the frame before installation.
  • Do not force the frame into an opening to prevent distortion.
  • Keep window sashes closed and locked during installation.
  • Allow adequate clearance above the head of the window as aluminium windows are non-load bearing.
  • Ensure the sill is leveled. Check that diagonal measurements are equal.
  • Avoid contact of the aluminium frame with other surrounding materials to prevent corrosion.
  • Only remove plastic wrap and tape after brickwork is complete to avoid damaging the frame and glass.
